Hacker Pschorr produces their main beer using Munich water, hence the name Munchner Hell. It comes with a white and well-compacted foam, a bright straw yellow colour. On the nose, the first notes to emerge are those of cereal followed by a light herbaceous. In the mouth you can feel its smoothness, with a medium body and a malty and herbaceous taste that are well balanced with each other giving a long and slightly bitter finish.
